Age UK – Shop Manager (Pudsey, Leeds) – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract
We are recruiting a Shop Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Pudsey store. In this role you will lead, train and develop a team of staff and volunteers, maximising sales and profit while maintaining an excellent experience for customers and donors.
You will be required to handle and lift bags of stock up to 10 kg and work 35 hours per week across a 7‑day schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
