What you'll be doing
Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and procedures
Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among store associates.
