1) Lead Store Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day store activities, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and efficiently run retail environment.
2) Drive Sales Performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs, while upholding high standards of customer service.
3) Inspire and Lead the Team
- Mentor, train, and motivate store staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
