As a Dual Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of two Bird & Blend Tea Co. stores, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong team performance, and achievement of sales targets. You will be a passionate brand ambassador, inspiring your teams to embody the company's values and create a positive and welcoming environment. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively across both locations.
This is a full‑time role (40hr per week), which includes weekends and some evenings, operating an on‑site working pattern.
