As an Optometrist Store Manager with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care, as well as leading and inspiring your store team. You'll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
- Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
- Drive local plans for enhanced services and delivering towards P&L objectives.
- Bringing your personality into the day to day running of the practice - working with and developing your team to provide the best service to patients.
- Building longstanding relationships - not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.
What you'll need to have
- Fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist.
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
- Passion for patient care.
