Job Description
To manage the store on a day-to-day basis whilst balancing the strategic goals of the Company. To lead and control all areas of store operations in line with EDIKTED standards and objectives, delivering sales growth, strong operational performance, and an excellent customer experience.
Reporting to: Regional Manager / Retail Manager
Location: 52-55 Carnaby Street, Soho, London, W1F 9QE
Store Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily store operations in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all operational processes are implemented, monitored and reviewed.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, security and cash handling.
- Ensure administrative tasks and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
Stock Management
- Ensure ordering and replenishment are completed accurately and on time.
