Recruit, develop, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Foster a service-driven culture that builds strong customer relationships and confidence in purchasing decisions

Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating strong selling and clienteling practices

Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays aligned with brand standards and seasonal direction

Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and store presentation

Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for both customers and team members

Monitor store performance and track productivity metrics to drive consistent sales growth
