Store Manager

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
• Experience in optical retail is mandatory
• Strong sales, customer service, and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail reporting
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented
• Ability to manage store operations independently
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly store sales targets
• Manage and motivate the store team
• Monitor inventory and product availability
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports
