Store Keeper

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record and update inventory transactions accurately in the store records and system.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of materials within the warehouse store.
• Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low‑stock items and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, damaged items and pending orders.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a trading company.
• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
