Job Description
1.Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and support. 3.Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and coordinate order confirmations. 4.Manage and maintain petty cash records accurately. 5.Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through production and final delivery. 6.Work closely with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing and quality standards. 7.Assist in production planning, inventory coordination, and dispatch activities when required. 8.Maintain order records, invoices, and customer information. 9.Perform basic computer tasks, including MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and internet usage. 10.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed. 11.Support sales activities by following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals. 12.Ensure smooth commu...
