Job Description
Inventory Management: Plan, store, and track supplies; monitor stock levels and report on usage. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of stock and supplies. Quality & Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and industry regulations. Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular reports on inventory, sales, and staff performance, and handle administrative duties including cash reconciliations.
