• Responsible for driving the operational excellence and business performance of Treats stores within the assigned territory.
• Serves as the primary business partner and consultant to Treats franchisees by ensuring compliance with company standards, implementing business initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and providing operational guidance to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.
