Store Development Staff-Restrant

Job Description

-Identify and secure potential locations for new store openings.
-Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies and property owners.
-Conduct site surveys, traffic analysis, and market research.
-Evaluate potential locations and prepare site reports.
-Negotiate lease terms and support contract processes.
-Coordinate with internal departments throughout the store development process.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

-Experience in site acquisition, store development, real estate sales, or a related field.
-Strong network with real estate agencies and property brokers.
-Valid driver's license and own vehicle for business use.
-Ability to independently conduct site surveys and negotiations.
-Immediate contributor with strong business development skills.
