Store Development Designer

As the CAD Drafter / Design Specialist, you will be the technical engine behind our physical retail spaces. Using specialized drafting software, you will create precise 2D floor plans and 3D fitout equipment models for FreshChoice store development projects, including major refurbishments and brand‑new sites. This role balances technical mastery with active collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D layouts and 3D models (machinery, components, minor structures) using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit.
• Turn initial sketches and specifications into accurate, actionable store implementation plans.
• Modify existing plans dynamically based on feedback from site managers, engineers, and project teams.
• Maintain comprehensive FreshChoice brand design documentation and complex layouts.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, Woolworths design personnel, and architects to resolve spatial challenges.
