- Greet customers and assist them in locating products.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking stock.
- Handle minor customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Support cashiering when needed by processing transactions or bagging items.
- Monitor product expiration dates and ensure items are properly labeled.
- Report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
