Store Assistant in Kidderminster
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. You’ll be hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves, often in a fast‑paced environment.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service, even during busy periods.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects.
- Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
