What’s the role?

We're looking for a Storage Infra Engineering Lead Specialist to help support and improve the storage platforms that underpin critical services across Westpac. You'll work across technologies including Dell, NetApp and Pure Storage, helping ensure our storage environments remain reliable, secure and high-performing. This is a hands-on role where you'll support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to platform improvements and work closely with infrastructure teams across the bank. This is a permanent hybrid role based in Sydney and includes participation in an on-call support roster.

What do I need?

• Experience supporting enterprise storage platforms such as Dell, NetApp or Pure Storage
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
