Job Description
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Certificate or Diploma in Stock Control, Inventory Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 23 years experience in stock control, preferably within hospitality or lodge operations
- Experience with food and beverage stock control is highly advantageous
- Experience working with stock control systems and inventory software
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of stock rotation and inventory control procedures
- Knowledge of hospitality stock categories (food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and stock management systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
