Job Description
Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming mail to relevant member of the team within the department.
- Deal with internal/external enquiries on a daily basis.
- Provide a professional reception service to all staff and visitors.
- Ensure information is accurately dealt with, referring to performance manager, team leader or management where necessary.
- File documents within the office.
- Use the T-DOC system to locate equipment.
- Organise and check loan instrumentation for surgery.
