Job Description

The Sterile Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day Sterile Processing operations and team while ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, day shifts out of our Edina Crosstown Surgery Center.


Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.


Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the Sterile Processing Technicians.

  • Staffs the Sterile Processing department to accommodate the surgical schedule, and to maintain appropriate staff coverage.

  • Facilitates department meetings.

  • Responsible for orientation and training of qualified staff to carry out the duties of their job description, maintaining the Revo ASC quality and performance standard...
