Ensures the timely and efficient completion of instrumentation and case carts for use in the operating room (OR) and cardiovascular operating room (CVOR)by monitoring the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department. Identifies orientation and education needs of staff and assists in designing and developing programs to promote education and enhance their technical knowledge.
