- Lead the sales team and ensure robust implementation of Daily Work Management (DWM).
- Ensure width and depth of distribution at secondary level.
- Plan and execute Annual Sales Promotion (ASP) activities based on market needs.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting through SFDC (Salesforce).
