Staffing Coordinator

Skilled Nursing Facility located in Dutchess County, New York, is seeking a motivated and talented individual for a Staffing Coordinator position. The Staffing Coordinator will work closely with the Nursing Department to create and develop schedules for the facility. The Staffing Coordinator shall be responsive to the needs of the staff and manage their schedules in a fair and efficient manner to create a dynamic and effective workplace.
