This role is the technical lead and platform owner for ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD Pro).
The Staff Software Engineer will lead architecture, implementation, integrations, and long-term ownership of HRSD while ensuring Workday remains the system of record and ServiceNow acts as the system of engagement for HR workflows and employee experience.
This position requires hands-on HRSD implementation leadership, strong platform engineering skills, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant HR solutions at an enterprise level.
