Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Order booking accurately in Oracle to meet audit requirements and revenue policies.
- Coordinate shipments and resolve shipments issues where applicable with a good understanding of incoterms.
- Liaise and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Production, Finance, Shipping, Logistics, RMA, IT, GTC, etc.
- Provide sales support to Global RSM/KAM and to Sales Representatives.
- Understand, interpret, and clearly communicate messages, emails, order confirmations, shipments, customer requests, and delivery schedules.
- Attend to customer emails and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper prioritization. Escalate appropriately and act with urgency.
- Manage and resolve backlog issues, including order hold releases, PO information updates, rescheduling files, and purchase order requirements.
