PSG Power Products & Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test
• Develop test coverage to ensure no test escapees
• Lead engineer for test solution implementation in mass production
• Perform product characterization
• Support customer related activities as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics.
• Good oral and written English language.
• At least 5 years hands‑on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred.
