Job Description
As a Staff Product Manager for Ads, you will play a key role in shaping VTEX’s Retail Media and Ads platform, helping build a scalable media hub that enables brands and industries to activate 360° media strategies directly within commerce experiences.
This role focuses on Onsite Ads, where VTEX operates as a media buying engine, connecting advertisers, retailers, and shoppers across high-impact commerce touchpoints. You will lead the product vision and execution for a domain that already serves major global brands.
With a strong focus on stakeholder management, strategy, and execution, you will ensure the Ads product evolves toward a 2026 vision, balancing short‑term performance needs with long‑term platform scalability — including the impact of LLMs and AI on the ads and retail media ecosystem.
