Job Description
As the Staff Product Designer for Registry, you’ll lead the design vision for Babylist’s foundational product — the registry that millions of expecting parents use to discover products, make decisions, and receive gifts during one of the most meaningful moments in their lives
You’ll own the end-to-end experience across web and mobile, shaping how parents build their registry and how their communities show up to support them
This is a builder role
You’ll use modern tools — Figma, AI-assisted workflows, agentic development, code-based prototyping — to rapidly explore ideas, test interaction models, and ship real experiences
You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data to co-build and iterate fast, not hand off polished mocks and wait
