Job Description
We’re looking for a curious, rigorous, problem-hungry platform engineer who codes to help Ashby scale its product and infrastructure.
Our customers include Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. We grow >100% year over year with over 2,500 customers and low churn.
Responsibilities
- Optimize our homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create tooling for developers.
- Create automated guardrails for security and privacy of customer data.
- Help developers ship features fast through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags, while keeping complexity manageable and reducing downtime.
- Work with business and engineering to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs.
- Ensure all communication with external services supports retries and circuit-breakers.
- Implement infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
