- Prepare and administer medication to residents
- Provide medical care and carry out nursing procedures to the residents including changing dressing, applying eye drops, serving supplements to residents
- Observe and monitor residents for condition including skin infection, sores, infection, bowel problems, loss of appetite, and report to doctors whenever necessary
- Supervise enrolled nurses, nursing aids, patient care assistants and health attendants in their work to ensure compliance with nursing and work procedures
- Assist in monitoring residents' rehabilitation program and activities are planned and scheduled accordingly
- Assist in doctor's round
- Ensure timely update of all nursing records and reports, especially before passing on to the next shift
