You will:

• Develop andmaintainpositive relationships through effective andtimelycommunication with allcustomers;
• Address patient-related issuesin a timely mannerand assessdaily patient care needs and developappropriate patientcareassignments;
• Responsible foraccurateimplementation of treatment prescription including Sodium (Na)modeling prescription, and Ultrafiltration modeling (whereappropriate)to ensure stable treatmenttherapy;
• Activelyparticipatein the pre-evaluation, initiation, termination, access homeostasis, and post evaluation of patients receiving dialysis treatmenttherapy;
