Full- Time, Permanent Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care in accordance with NMBI standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for residents. Administer medications safely and accurately in line with organisational policies and guidelines. Monitor, document, and respond promptly to changes in residents clinical conditions. Provide leadership, support, and supervision to care staff during shifts.
