Job Description

What you will do  
Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and EMs to define impactful features and elevate product usability. 
Drive end-to-end feature development with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing. 
Architect and guide the technical direction of our cloud-based products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. 
Take ownership of the team's delivery ability, proactively aiming at successful completion of initiatives. 
Own the release lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of new features in production. 
Act as a technical point of contact to resolve complex, high-priority production issues impacting our features. 
Provide technical mentorship, coaching engineers to increase their autonomy, system understanding, and skills.
