A semiconductor manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a Staff Equipment Engineer (Package Saw) to lead and optimize equipment performance for singulation processes. The candidate will troubleshoot various package saw equipment, execute quality improvement activities, and ensure production targets are met. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant fields are required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, and the role is based in Telok Panglima Garang.
