Staff Engineer, Drug Substance MSAT — Conjugation & GMP

Vaxcyte, a clinical‑stage vaccine innovation company, seeks a DS Staff Engineer to support conjugation manufacturing operations from commercial readiness to PPQ and ongoing production at CMOs. The role is primarily based in Visp, Switzerland, with onsite work arrangement.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, apply DOE and data visualization, and ensure GMP manufacturing of protein‑polysaccharide conjugates, including tech transfer, CAPA investigations, and continuous improvements.
