The Engineering Science Division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking a **_Staff Civil Engineer 1_** to join our Aircraft Operating Surfaces (AOS) team at Tyndall AFB, FL.
We are looking for an engineer who is dynamic and enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems. Engineers in the AOS Group are actively involved in all aspects of airfield pavement engineering research, which includes problem solving, using subject matter knowledge and innovation to offer high-quality solutions to our customers, marketing to bring in new business, and writing high-quality proposals.
As a **_Staff Civil Engineer 1_** , you will use various analytical, scientific, and engineering methods to execute research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) and technical projects including:
