Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery
- Collaborate with partners and associates to develop written legal arguments and case strategy
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and translate findings into persuasive written analysis
- Prepare memoranda and internal work product to support litigation efforts
- Draft client communications and litigation updates
