Staff Accountant
Join a growing HVAC and mechanical services company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region. As a Staff Accountant, you'll help ensure financial accuracy by supporting core accounting operations, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar accounting role
+ Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry required
+ Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
+ Strong knowledge of:
+ Account reconciliations
+ Month-end close processes
+ Journal entries
+ Sage 100 experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
