Job Description
The Staff Accountant supports the financial operations of a growing HVAC and mechanical services company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing account reconciliations, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or any other related field of study
3+ years of experience as a staff accountant or similar accounting background
Must have experience working in construction, engineering, or architect industry
Must have prior experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong knowledge in reconciliation, month end close, and journal entries
