We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership and operational teams while gaining exposure to a variety of accounting functions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close
+ Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules
+ Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
+ Support AP and AR analysis as needed
+ Assist with job costing and project accounting
+ Analyze revenue, labor, inventory, and operating expenses
