We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our manufacturing client’s accounting team in Ontario, California. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, account reconciliations, inventory-related accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger experience, solid analytical skills, and a background working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
+ Perform monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations
+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
+ Maintain accurate financial records and support preparation of financial statements
+ Analyze inventory, cost variances, and manufacturing-related transactions
+ Support fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and capital project tracking
