We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the accounting team with a primary focus on journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. This role will also require flexibility to assist with Accounts Payable and payroll processing as business needs shift.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
+ Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
+ Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
+ Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
+ Provide support for audits and assist with requests for financial documentation.
