Stablecoin Acquiring / Payment BD

• Drive merchant acquisition and channel partnerships for stablecoin acquiring/payment solutions
• Develop clients across cross-border e-commerce, global businesses, Web3 projects, and PSPs
• Lead negotiations, contract signing, and go-live execution to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to optimize solutions
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic insights

Requirements

• 3+ years BD experience in payments, acquiring, cross-border payments, or Web3
• Solid understanding of stablecoins (USDT/USDC) and on-chain settlement
• Existing merchant or channel resources preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset
• English proficiency for business communication preferred
