SUMMARY:
Our automotive client based in Sandton is looking to appoint a SSA Planning & Product Analyst who will be will be responsible for supporting the Sub-Saharan Africa After Sales function through parts pricing, business performance reporting, marketing, product management, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives, while also contributing to strategic projects within the After Sales Division
POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement after-sales campaigns and promotions to improve parts sales growth Regular dealer engagements, market intelligence, and trend analysis Develop, implement and manage after-sales marketing strategy, loyalty for market share growth. Dealer performance tracking and reporting. Coordinate dealers parts incentive program, including target setting and incentives in order to enhance the brands performance and increase genuine parts turnover.
