We are looking for an **SRE Specialist with a strong focus on Development** to join our team. In this role, you will not spend your days writing infrastructure code. Instead, you will act as a strategic partner and quality gatekeeper for our software development teams. You will ensure that reliability, scalability, and observability are engineered into our software products right from the initial design phase.
**What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)**
* **Reliability Governance:** Define, track, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Error Budgets across development teams.
