Our client, a well-established CPA firm in Nassau County, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to support the preparation of individual tax returns - Form 1040 including those for high-net-worth individuals with complex tax situations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax detail oriented with recent public accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while collaborating with an experienced tax team.
Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual income tax returns (Form 1040), including complex returns for high-net-worth individuals. Gather, organize, and review client tax documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Utilize UltraTax software to prepare and process tax returns efficiently and accurately.
