Join a high-impact Talent Process Center of Excellence (COE) team focused on delivering scalable, digital-first talent solutions across Honeywell Technologies. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and operationalizing talent processes.
This role blends **strategy, operations, and technology** , requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement expertise.
You will report to the **Director of Talent Process** and work a **hybrid** schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in our Headquarters in **Charlotte, NC** .
