Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure high quality experience for both.
- Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with identified universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
- Review resumes and employment applications to create a shortlist of candidates for the hiring manager.
- Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and fit within the organization.
- Make employment recommendations based on phone screens, on‑site interviews and evaluation of prior employment records.
- Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process.
- Establish weekly cadence reviews with hiring managers to ensure timely response to candidates and fill the position.
