Job Description

Drive Manufacturing delivers products to meet customer shipment commitments through drive assembly, testing, inventory control, and shipment operations. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations, we ensure product quality, operational excellence, and on-time delivery. Within Drive Manufacturing, the NPD team plays a critical role in supporting new product builds, qualification activities, and manufacturing readiness for successful product launches.
About the role - you will:
Lead and manage NPD build activities to support product qualification and manufacturing readiness.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful build execution and meet inventory target.

Monitor build progress, material readiness, WIP, and resource allocation.

Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation for NPD products.
