About the role
The Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering is responsible for leading the cross-functional efforts to continuously improve manufacturing tests across the product lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with customers, core technology partners, and internal teams to solve technical challenges and drive execution.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive long-term test engineering and manufacturing test strategy across multiple programs or product lines, aligning with company-level objectives.
Own roadmap planning for test infrastructure, automation, and quality systems, including capacity scaling and future technology adoption.
Drive cross-functional alignment across design, quality, manufacturing, test, and supplier engineering to ensure scalable and production-ready test solutions.
